Parking for cars and drop-off for buses:
Please refer to the site plans below for parking suggestions
The event centre including registration, start and finish is shown on the site plans below – please go directly to the event centre from parking as indicated by signage. You must not walk through the campus areas as that forms part of the competition map.
Toilets will be available and sign posted from the event centres. Refer site plans for exact locations.
Out of bounds:
As always, areas marked in olive green on the map are also out of bounds. These are generally small gardens. There are small areas of pink stripe, these are also out of bounds.
There may be other sports codes practicing on the field. Students must avoid these areas.
Please be aware and avoid construction work that is going on.
Both events count for the final result, so the times from the morning and afternoon are combined to form a total time.
The top 10 from each year group in the morning event start last in the afternoon and in reverse order, so the fastest person from the morning starts last.
Medals for the top 3 in each year group will be presented at prizegiving, which will be held as soon after the last finisher as possible – approx 3:30pm
Results will be available live both on the TV screens at the event centre and linked live to our website as the event happens. This means if you or your students have to take off early they can keep watching the results on their device or if there is a crowd around the results screen you can just check it on your own device. Also friends and family who aren’t at the event can see how their kids are doing.
Find the live results from the results page on our website or if you are at the event then simply scan the QR code at the results section.
Your Event Director will be Shaun Collins.
See you there!
